aprons — Using apron PPE

More information on this is provided in the BMJ training module, but guidelines for the management of patients with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 are changing rapidly and we encourage you to check back regularly for updates. An FFP3 or N95 mask is required for aerosol-generating procedures, in combination with a long, long-sleeved gown (not an apron), hat, visor, and long-cuffed gloves. The correct order to put on (put on) PPE is as follows: Apron Face mask Eye protection Gloves The order to take off (take off) PPE is as follows: Gloves, then hand hygiene Apron or gown Eye protection, then hand hygiene, Surgical face mask, or FFP3 respirator followed by hand hygiene
